What to expect

Each sound bath is a guided, immersive experience, suitable for beginners and seasoned meditators alike. Participants are invited to lie down comfortably and simply receive.

Using a carefully curated selection of instruments, I create a layered soundscape that gently carries you into deep relaxation:

  • Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls to promote balance and harmony

  • Drums to support grounding and rhythmic regulation

  • Gongs to encourage deep release and expanded awareness

  • Chimes and subtle textures to soothe and uplift
