What to expect
Each sound bath is a guided, immersive experience, suitable for beginners and seasoned meditators alike. Participants are invited to lie down comfortably and simply receive.
Using a carefully curated selection of instruments, I create a layered soundscape that gently carries you into deep relaxation:
Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls to promote balance and harmony
Drums to support grounding and rhythmic regulation
Gongs to encourage deep release and expanded awareness
Chimes and subtle textures to soothe and uplift
